My clients describe me as a passionate executive coach with extensive experience coaching leaders, senior management and high potential individuals. In this demanding business world, I coach leaders and teams to respect and value each other’s differences and to live up to the high value of commitment.

Team coaching starts with clarifying a powerful guideline for the organisation. I help leaders and their teams to find their true potential and help them develop strong leadership skills. My personal ambition is to develop generations of resilient teams and professionals who are ready to deal with the challenges of the future.

Before becoming an executive coach, I spent the first part of my career in the international banking world, where I gained a lot of experience in sales, marketing and human resources.

For the last 15 years I have coached professionals and teams at all levels of seniority, in a wide variety of industries, including professional services, FMCG, banking and insurance, energy distribution centers, real estate and industrial manufacturing.

Besides coaching I really enjoy Afro-Latin music and I would like to pick up my salsa lessons and conga percussion again. During my business trips I always like to discover small, authentic coffee shops and if you can also meet other passionate people, that’s the best thing there is!
