Become Qi certified!

Besides using the Quality of Interaction assessment with, for example, your own organisation, you can also become a certified Qi practitioner. As a certified Quality of Interaction practitioner you can put the knowledge you acquire during the training into practice at other organisations.

The training helps you understand how to deal with customers when using the Qi. It also helps you to discover cultural behaviour and it teaches you how to coach, consult and connect the customer based on the insights provided by the Qi.
