Culture by Design
The rise of AI and remote working sometimes makes it challenging to maintain connections with what matters most: the people who drive performance together. The informal contact, the conversations during shared lunches, where cross-links are created that would not otherwise emerge.
During this CHRO Roundtable, we will learn from one another how we put company culture at the forefront—also known as Culture by Design. What are other organisations doing to maintain connection, how do we support remote working while still ensuring performance, and which best practices can we share with each other?
