Designed for Human Insight Certified AEM-Cube Practitioners, this exclusive deep-dive work session focuses on turning insights into practical impact. In a small and interactive group, you will work through your own real-life challenges, exchange experiences with fellow practitioners, and explore new ways to strengthen talent, teams, and organisational development.
The programme also includes a guest speaker contribution by Henriette Legel, who will share her experience with using the AEM-Cube in both individual and team contexts within organisations. She will also give an introduction to the Strategic Personnel Planning (SPP) tool, which can give an extended dimension to the AEM-Cube.
