About the webinar

Psychological safety is not created by intention alone. It depends on the way people interact, respond to tension and make room for different perspectives in daily work.

In this practical psychological safety webinar, David Lewis explores how leaders and teams can strengthen everyday interactions to improve communication and create the conditions for people feel to able to speak up, share concerns and perform better.

We will explore how psychological safety connects to leadership behaviour, team dynamics and the quality of conversation. Therefore, this session is relevant for leaders, HR professionals and L&D professionals who want to move from understanding the concept to applying it in practice.

This webinar is the second session in our psychological safety series. You can attend it as a follow-up to the first webinar, or as a separate practical session.
