An invite-only executive event for senior HR, People, Talent and business leaders on how AI is changing roles, talent decisions and organisational growth.
Thursday 22 October 2026 · 15:30 – 18:30 BST · Canopy by Hilton London City
Invite-only · Free to attend · RSVP required

AI is changing how organisations structure work, define roles and make decisions about talent. For many growing organisations, this raises a practical question: how do you make better decisions about people and growth when the work itself is changing?
For scaling companies, the answer is no longer simply to hire more people. The next stage of growth also depends on understanding which capabilities are already present, where people can develop further and how teams need to evolve.
During this invite-only executive event, senior HR, People, Talent and business leaders will hear expert perspectives, a practical business case and Human Insight’s view on evidence-based workforce decisions.
Together, we will look at how people insights can support better decisions about development, internal mobility, workforce planning and team composition. The session is designed to give leaders sharper questions, practical perspectives and a clearer view of how to scale smarter in the age of AI.
