Developer Internship

As a Developer Intern you will be a key player in a small, agile team. You will be building the next generation of intelligent internal tools focused on providing insight into human behavior and organizational dynamics. The role involves developing applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and usability, shifting from traditional environments to modern frameworks like SvelteKit and Laravel, and working on projects that directly impact the future platform and digital infrastructure. We are looking for someone who can help us take our tooling to the next level.

• You are in the final stages of your schooling and are looking for a final placement or an internship to write your thesis.
• You already have some level of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, SvelteKit, Laravel, or similar frameworks.
• You are have some knowledge of working with APIs, version control (Git), and cloud environments.
• You look for scalable and user friendly solutions, not quick fixes.
• You enjoy building tools with real impact, rather than constantly creating new marketing websites.
• You can work independently, but also value a team where ideas can quickly become reality.
• You communicate clearly, think ahead, and have a healthy dose of curiosity.
• Applicant must speak and write both Dutch and English.
