This Dutch article describes the approach for reducing the risk of team derailment and increasing the chances of achieving the intended performance. The approach, the AEM cube, describes how to assemble teams so that they are fit for their mission. The second part of this article discusses a real-world example. This business case was designed and compiled using information from various sources and other real-world examples.
