AEM-Cube validation study report

The AEM-Cube is an instrument which visualises where in the process and in what way someone contributes to growth in an organisation. This study looked into the reliability and validity of the AEM-Cube. The convergent and divergent validity proved to be good and the internal consistency was good too. Principal component analysis overall showed a strong distinction between the three axes of the AEM-Cube. The AEM-Cube is a reliable instrument, which can be improved by removing twelve items of the managing complexity axis.
