Radoua Chaara

After graduating from secondary school at the Barlaeus Gymnasium in Amsterdam, I started studying Management and Organisation Science at the Free University. During this study, I chose to major in Organisation Science because of my interest in the human side of business.

What drives people within organisations to go to extremes, how do you create a positive organisational culture and how can teams best work together to achieve the best results and grow? These are issues that pique my interest and that I am working on during my studies.

From the need to apply my theoretical knowledge in practice, I ended up at Human Insight. People give me energy and that is exactly why I enjoy working at Human Insight. I started at Human Insight as a Project Officer and I am currently working as an account manager.

Within my position, I am responsible for maintaining and expanding our relationships. By offering a listening ear and responding to the needs of our relations, I hope to contribute to the growth of their organisations.

In my spare time, I enjoy doing sports, reading a good book and spending time with my friends and family.
