Rob Spuijbroek

I am the proud father of 2 wonderful people and I have an academic background at Erasmus University, Nyenrode/Rochester University and Insead.

I follow my passion for coaching executives and senior management (at individual and team levels).

My professional background is executive positions in general and commercial management, marketing, business development and people (HR).

Extensive experience gained at various nationally and internationally active (listed) companies. From a traineeship I further developed myself to various ultimately responsible management positions. As a statutory director, supervisory director, shareholder, investor, member of the works council, negotiator and confidential adviser, I have actively experienced many facets of business.

In all these functions and roles I combined my passion for the backgrounds/motives and development of people with the realisation of both personal and organisational goals. I am result-oriented.

A few years ago I finally made a conscious choice to focus entirely on human development. Of course in conjunction with the given context and strategic goals.

No complex language or complicated methodologies but just naming it and translating it into daily practice.
