After my period at Hay Group, I started working as a manager at a leading consultancy in the healthcare sector, where I helped set up and shape talent and leadership development. These programs are mainly used for organisations with complex development issues. Here I applied one of Human Insight’s tools and met Richard Robertson and Sebastian Hamers. After this period, I was approached by Human Insight to work with them to map out and further shape leadership and talent development.
I have had this passion from an early age. In my spare time I used to play basketball at a high level and at the moment I am active in my children’s hockey teams, who play at a high level, and I guide them in team building in order to achieve good performances. The parallels between movement and leadership have always interested me, so the importance of growth is something I value deeply.
