My 25-year career in a variety of positions, industries and professions has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the challenges and operations of companies.

In these organisations, which are as imperfect as they are human, I have been lucky enough to work alongside women and men who create solutions to meet the strategic and operational challenges they face every day: innovating to differentiate, developing employees and serving customers better, simplifying operating methods and gaining agility… These are all challenges that require collective creativity, imagination and common sense.

At team, organisation or individual level, I have contributed to making daily life in companies simpler, more fluid, more efficient and more desirable with confidence as a guiding principle.
