During my law studies, I had found out that pure law was not something I was looking for, I was looking for more than just the legal texts and case law. After law school, I worked for a short period as an environmental licensing officer.

However, management and organisation attracted my attention and interest more. Questions such as: ‘How do organisations and companies make sure they keep up with the times without breaking any laws and forgetting human values?’ and ‘How is Gen Z and Gen X in the job market? Are they still correct?’ Therefore, I decided to study further in the direction of organisational studies.

I recently started studying ‘Global Management of Social Issues’ at Tilburg University. During my studies, I work part-time as a project assistent at Human Insight, where I can apply my acquired knowledge and also learn more about project management from practice.

Besides my studies and work at Human Insight, I am active within various non-profit and non-governmental organisations, where I am also involved in organising events and managing the organisation. When I am not working for Human Insight, I am busy organising other events and meeting with other key players in the world of governance.
