As Partner at Top Executive Care, he is not only a doctor but also an executive coach, focusing on the link between leadership, vitality and personal functioning of top managers in professional organisations. 

He is an expert on burnout in professionals and top managers. His knowledge, experience, intuitive power and especially people-oriented approach are the key to positive influence that leads to lasting and sustainable results.
