Kim Coenraads

In May 2020, I completed my Associate Degree in Small Business & Retail Management at NHL Stenden. During this program, I realised that in addition to my interest in entrepreneurship, I am also fascinated by governance, particularly the human and societal aspects involved. Because of this interest, I chose to further my studies in the field of Social Science and enrolled in the Public Administration and Organisational Science program at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. This program focuses on the interaction between people, strategy, and operations.

In 2021, I started working at Human Insight because I wanted to gain experience in the field that aligns with my education. When I joined Human Insight, all the pieces fell into place regarding the human aspect, as well as the organisational aspect. After holding various positions at Human Insight, I am currently working as a Manager of Operations. In this role, I am responsible for the daily operations of the organisation and, with the help of the team, ensure that we can serve our customers optimally.

Outside of work and study, I enjoy spending my free time with friends and family. Whether it’s on a terrace, on vacation, or just at home, it doesn’t matter, as long as it’s fun!
