What is the ACT-cube®?
In all organisations there are innumerable daily interactions between individuals, teams, business units and divisions, the nature of which have a major influence on organisational performance. The ACT-cube® is a unique tool that provides leaders and development professionals a three dimensional view of these interactions, measuring how organisations collectively think, make decisions and respond to change. It is also a sophisticated, culturally neutral, tool the use of which is scaleable across all organisational levels. Web based data collection is quick and insights are accessible (visual) and immediately actionable.
Why is it used?
Being responsive to change requires both the general ability to change and the specific capability to execute the required change. Uniquely, the ACT-cube® makes visible the state of these two key conditions, in the context of the growth cycle - the S-Curve. Using the ACT-cube®, leaders, managers and development professionals obtain information that fundamentally informs sustainable performance.
